What does the work of a Glovo or Uber Eats courier look like and how does it differ from the Bolt driver work?

Has the pandemic changed their approach? Are they afraid for their health? Why do they work as a courier or driver?

What was the significance of the application in making decisions about taking up a job?

Do platform workes want to continue delivering food "when it all ends" or drive as a driver?

I will answer all these questions during the on-line lecture. The considerations are based on interviews with Uber / Bolt drivers in 2018-2021, with Glovo couriers in March/April 2020 (during the first wave of the pandemic) and Uber Eats/Glovo/Bolt in November/December 2020 (during the second pandemic wave).
